Question 1

What is AI Optimization (AIO), and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

AI Optimization is making sure AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude can find, understand, and recommend your business. As more people search through AI instead of Google, being the answer AI suggests is becoming more valuable than ranking on page one.

Question 2

How do I get my small business to show up in ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

Run the free AI Visibility Checker. It scans your site across 10 AI readiness categories and tells you the top 3 issues blocking AI tools from recommending you. Most small business sites need clearer answers to common customer questions, structured FAQ blocks, and a plain-English description of who they serve and where.

Question 3

How much does AI optimization cost at Molina Media?

Accepted Answer

Pricing starts at $0 (free AI Readiness Score), $9 (Starter Report), $49 (full AI Optimization Plan), $149 (Full Site Blueprint), and $29/month for Ongoing Optimization. Done-for-you website builds start at $3,000 with a $1,500 deposit. There are no required subscriptions for reports.

Question 4

How long until I see results from AI optimization?

Accepted Answer

The AI Readiness Score is generated in about 60 seconds. Most small businesses implementing the recommended fixes see measurable changes in AI mentions, organic traffic, or conversion rate within 30–60 days. Larger redesigns typically launch within 4–6 weeks.

Question 5

Does AI optimization work for my industry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The methodology works for local businesses (restaurants, salons, clinics, studios), ecommerce stores, service providers, coaches, consultants, agencies, contractors, SaaS, and creators. If you have a public website and customers who could find you through ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity, it applies to you.

Question 6

Is Molina Media really for small businesses like mine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Molina Media is built for small business owners, founders, and creators, not engineers. Everything is explained in plain English with simple, doable steps. If you have a website, we can help you get more out of it.

Question 7

Do I need to know anything about AI or coding?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You don't need to understand AI or write code to benefit from this. We handle the technical side and translate everything into clear actions that grow your revenue.

Question 8

Is the free AI Readiness Score really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely free. You get an AI Readiness Score and a high-level summary of where you're losing customers, no credit card required. Detailed reports and step-by-step plans start at $9.

Question 9

How is AI Optimization different from regular SEO?

Accepted Answer

Traditional SEO focuses on Google blue-link rankings and is measured in keyword positions. AI Optimization focuses on being cited or recommended by name inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Nearly 60% of searches now end without a Google click, so SEO alone is no longer enough. We cover both.

Question 10

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Digital purchases have a 14-day refund window, the minimum required by Paddle, our payment provider. To request a refund within that window, visit paddle.net or email us. Done-for-you builds are governed by a separate signed contract; deposits are also refundable within the 14-day window unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Question 11

Will AI optimization actually make me money?

Accepted Answer

Our goal is to help you turn the visitors you already have into more customers, and attract new ones from AI-driven search. Most small businesses are leaving real revenue on the table. Real client examples include +28% revenue in 60 days, +$4,200/month from the same traffic, and 2x email signup rate.

Question 12

Can you redesign my whole website for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you'd rather skip the do-it-yourself path, we design or redesign your website to be fully AI optimized from day one. Builds start at $3,000 (Essential Build) and $5,500 (Performance Build), require a signed contract and 50% deposit, and typically launch within 4–6 weeks.

Be the business AI recommends.
